Colette was absolutely brilliant very empathetic and shes great at her job in general. Gave me advice that really helped regarding a housing situation got a great result because of this and I'm so grateful at a very stressful time she provides us with all the relevant information we needed and updated us on the case checking in regularly to put us at ease. Would totally recommend Dundee law and Colette for legal advice what was a really stressful time in our lives facing homelessness this lady really helped us to move forward. So grateful

Avoid! All liars make sure you record everything on your fone and remember these are not professionals or nice people yous are dealing with at all plz believe me.
They put on a nice show at 1st and because they are stressed and struggling with case loads they are also struggling for staff even looking for volunteers what does that go to say plz be careful with this place they are vile

I found myself being asked in a letter by my landlord to leave my home after 12 years without involving any relevant authorities.....I didnt know the law in Scotland and as it turns out private tennants MUST go through a tribunal before an eviction can go ahead. I stupidly agreed to vacate with no authorities getting involved which as it turns out would have left me homeless as I'm vacating my flat voluntarily and I wouldn't have been able go get another flat from the council. I can't afford to rent privately so I would have been out on my arse in the middle of January.......I was advised by my own solicitor to go to Dunder Law as they specialise in the eviction process.
So I made an appointment and got seen within a few days by Colette Goodson. Wow is all I can say. She took total control of the situation told me not to worry it will take months to formally evict me. Contacted my landlord and basically told them that the way I was asked to leave my home was illegal they must follow the law and to go through the correct channels before trying to evict me. I was still worried a month on and called Dundee Law several times worried. Each phonecall Colette took the time to explain again that I'm safe in my house for a few months at least......don't worry she will fix it. She was brilliant. Totally on the ball. Friendly,reassuring just brilliant. As it turns out my landlord has decided not evict me after all but the service I received was absolutely second to none. 10 out of 10.
I can't speak highly enough of the service I received.
*EDIT* As it happens my landlord has now formally given me my notice to quit letter( even though he lied to me in the street when he said relax I'm not going through with the eviction now) and I have an appointment soon to see Dundee Law so we will see what happens.........

Thankyou very much to Rose at the Dundee Law Centre who gave me her time and heart throughout my adult disability payment application. It was very stressful for myself and my loved ones but she wholeheartedly took it on her shoulders and helped me win my case.
