They missed out a lot of the ‘standard’ processes during my conveyance case. They didn’t even check the planning permission!! Left me with no end of hassle when I came to sell the house. I reached back out to them and was met with a very unhelpful and unsympathetic response. I’ve had to fork out £300+ now to cover the work they should have done in the beginning. Not happy at all! Thank god my current conveyance is being done by another firm!

I was given bad advice which led to me losing my house. What I paid an extortionate amount of money for, I could have done myself. Blocked the sale of my property in order to force me to pay £500 I didn't feel I owed them. Dreadful service. Avoid.
