Nikki from the admin team was amazing in guiding all that was needed to set up from admin point of view. When it came to dropping off paperwork for the accounts it was straight forward. We recently switched over to Dynamix after years of being with an accountant who just didn't do what they said they were going to, leaving our accounts in quite a mess. Dynamix were recommended to us by a client who has used them for years, so we decided to take the plunge and switch

In the 4 or 5 months that we've been with Dynamix, they've sorted out the huge mess that our old accountant had been trying to sort out for years (big thanks to Shaun in payroll for all his hours spent on the phone to HMRC for us). They have a dedicated team of staff, and all of the people we've had contact with so far, have been excellent. Any queries have been quickly responded to, often within an hour or two. We used to wait weeks for responses from our old accountant and always had to chase them, so the same day responses from Dynamix have been a very welcome change!

All in all, I highly recommend them and am very pleased with the service we have received so far.
