I began working with Daniel 18 months ago; I found him through reviews like these, and now I’m out the other side it’s a pleasure to add my own 5-stars.

Daniel is very hands on and has been involved in every detail of my flat renovation, from the design and layout, to practical stuff (rewiring, replumbing, heating), as well as connecting me with a fantastic builder (SE Build), helping me navigate party wall agreements as well as project managing the build from start to finish (he also had to manage me, a very involved client!).

I found Daniel very easy to work with, he’s an exceptional listener, detail oriented, a people person, excellent communicator, and there’s no ego or attitude.

The flat is truly a transformation - despite staying within the original footprint (no extension), it’s been turned from a 1-bed into a 2-bed, with an incredible kitchen and bathroom, all simply by reworking void spaces and being crafty with the bathroom.

If I knew anyone planning a home renovation I’d firstly say buckle in! But I wouldn’t let them consider working with anyone else 🙂
