Unsafe driver, did not drive appropriately for conditions. As a teacher there's no way I would put young people in a vehicle with this guy. Photo's show him racing towards me as I pulled up to side of road to let him pass, last photo shows how his stopping distance after demolishing my wing mirror. Further more refused to honour repairs. Neither professional nor reputable.

Fantastic trip with Eazy coaches. Bus driver was friendly, helpful and everything you would want in a bus driver (his banter was great too! ). Bus was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be using this company again in the future. Thanks so much for everything.

Brilliant service. Coach was clean, driver was friendly. (Ash?).
As someone who suffers severe anxiety on public transport, I have to say I was surprisingly calm & relaxed on a long journey which i was not looking forward to (65 miles Glasgow - Fife). Was booked through Happy Bus but would definitely recommend this company.

Fantastic service. Very clean and comfortable bus. The driver (James?) was very courteous, friendly and helpful and an absolute credit to the company. Nothing but positives to say about my whole experience from booking the bus online to getting dropped off at the end of our day. Thank you so much for helping to make our day out a pleasurable one.

Horrible experience.
Will never book again

Edit!

No I wasn't one of the MANY people who asked for the bus to stop at a service station.
65 miles is a long way especially after a night out!
There were at least 7 people asking for the bus to go into a service station but you and your side kick point blank refused saying the driver had to finish on time even though we left Glasgow 15 minutes early. Sugar coat it all you want, the service was appaling, refusing many woman their basic human right!

Horrible experience.
Will never book again

From initial contact, though quotation, booking and trip, this is a brilliant company.

The Mercedes bus was like new, spotlessly clean, picked up on time by a very courteous driver, driven very well.

Arrived on time and arranged pick up time with option to call if we were running early/late.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this company for your next party booking.

I was also on the bus last night. It was so nice on the way through , everyone was having a laugh, the music was on, we stopped for a toilet break as it’s sometimes needed on a 65 mile trip. However while getting on the bus, the driver bad mouthed a fellow driver saying he was negligent and drivers had a duty of care. I respected what he said until he refused to stop at a service station to allow 6 or 7 ladies use the rest room.
They were all clearly uncomfortable and bursting. The lady at the front seemed to be the one pulling the strings. She was rude as was Ash the driver.
Such a shame as it kind of put a dampener on the end of the night.

To the bad reviews flying in at this point in time,

I don't mind constructive criticism or complaints as long as they tell the whole truth not just the perspective of a few disgruntled customers because they didn't get their way...

Here's the truth from the drivers (me) point of view:

I pulled up to the golden acorn 5 mins early so I could greet you all and let you know the rules for going through to Glasgow (1 hour 10 min journey, not that long!).

I told everyone who boarded that it was a direct drive through to Glasgow and there was to be no eating or drinking on the bus for this reason, I stopped multiple people with massive bags of carry out and made them put it in the boot.

None of the less a lot of passengers snuck it on and drank copious amounts of alcohol. After 30 minutes of leaving a young lady at the front was shaking for needing the toilet, I took pity and agreed to pull over at the nearest, safest place as I was technically on your time and if I arrived late to the gig that was on you.

When it came to departing Glasgow I again warned multiple passengers it was a direct drive back as I was cutting it close to my legal 14 hour shift, so to go to the toilet now, I even clearly pointed out the McDonald's across the road to a few people.

On the drive back again i witnessed multiple people swigging bottles/cans of alcohol. When I was 20 minutes away from glenrothes I had a lady approach me asking me to pull over on a motorway so she could use the toilet. I told her No as I had already warned them that it was a direct drive and there was no longer a safe place to stop, plus as I have already said I only had a few hours left on my driving time to get myself home. I was then threatened by the lady that she was a police officer and she was going to phone them because I was stopping her from using the toilet, I told her to phone the police as I knew they would side with me as I know the law yet they never came.

I later found out that lady was not an officer but was impersonating one.

To the people saying I had loads of time I didn't, you may have got home at half 1 in the morning but i only got home at half 3 after driving back to my yard, cleaning the bus and then driving home.

I don't normally retaliate to complaints but for them to be so biased and one sided I had to enlighten you on my point of view.

And to the "companion" comments, she was off duty and was kindly letting you know why I couldn't stop, she had no "control" over me or my actions and find those comments tasteless.

Cheers, Ash.
