Emma has been an amazing help with setting up all the HR for our small business. There was a lot regarding employee rights , pensions holiday pay etc that we did not understand as our workforce is predominantly casual workers. It is clear that she is a very experienced HR consultant and knows what she is talking about. Her turnaround time in drafting documents for us is impeccable including a 150+ page staff handbook that she completed in a couple weeks. I would highy recommend her services. Emma is brilliant. Super knowledgeable about HR and the processes involved, but all the while having a real friendly approachable personality. Very easy to get on with and warm to. She regularly attends networking events that I run and offers up free advice to people including providing some really useful tips. Oh and her laugh is infectious! You always know she's around even if you can't see her!

She was extremely communicative throughout, took away an enormous amount of administrative work, and was very quick to liaise between us and candidates. We ended up hiring 2 people from the process, and the combination of our own advertising spend and Emma's help was far more cost effective than going to an agency.
