We booked transport to Liverpool for a birthday weekend and Steven took us there he was absolutely fantastic and chatted to us the whole way there, nothing was any problems for him. Would highly recommend, many thanks to steven for making our trip so smooth and comfortable.

I had the best experience with Ellenvale coaches and will be using them again. Vicky was so helpful to book with and the coach hire was very reasonably priced. I enquired about a few last minute changes to drop off and number of passengers and they were very accommodating! Our driver was on time and lovely as well. Really recommend Ellenvale coaches for coach hire.

Went on my daughter in law to be 's hen party to Newcastle with ellenvale coaches. Our driver Eddie was fantastic he accommodated to all our needs and laughed and joked with is all.the way there and back. Great service. Thanks again Eddie, Here's to the next trip ?

Paid £8.50 each for a single from Maryport to Cockermouth. Ridiculous fair for a 6 mile trip. The first and last time I will use their service. Then you complain on their FB page and they delete all comments. Poor service, poor company, if they go under it won't be a loss.

Went on an ellenvale coach and some cockney geezer kept screaming about politics and I quote “Ben leg will be better for the country than rishi sunak” 10/10 would come again

Booked coaches for my wedding day on 05/10/19, the coach delivering day guests was supposed to wait and take guests between the place of marriage and venue, however the coach vanished, I had to spend 10 minutes trying to call the company on the day only to be told there had been a mistake and it would take an hour to get another coach to me, my guests had to make their own way to the venue which really put a dampener on our day! Ellenvale offered to refund me the extra money I paid to have the coach wait plus £10 as an apology which quite frankly is insulting. Apart from this the day guests said the coach trip coming through was like a "white knuckle ride" many guests were unsure if the night coach would even turn up and made their own way home, as it was only 5 guests stayed until the end to catch the night coach home! I'm afraid I would never use this company again.

They don’t pick up on time and leave your children on the side of the road they have left my children multiple times on the side of the road and I find this unacceptable for a bus company doing school runs
