Had a brilliant experience with the EFS Elgin branch and despite me purchasing in Edinburgh, the Elgin branch kindly took on my case (they were recommended to me via lots of people). It was not an easy process due to the market in Edinburgh being chaotic, leading to multiple rejected offers and therefore wasted effort for the EFS team. My solicitor and the seller I was purchasing from also made things incredibly difficult and almost led to the offer falling through, however Colin remained calm and level headed throughout the whole process and was genuinely the only helpful person I dealt with when purchasing my property. Colin managed to make what is usually a horribly complex process straightforward and easy to understand. Cannot thank him enough!
