I decided to go to Embrace life coaching because well to be honest life is bloody hectic I was surrounded by lists of things I needed do to ,emails that needed to be sent, crafts that needed to be finished etc etc . I felt friends and family were taking a back seat and as for time for me it was non existant I really needed to try and get some organisation in my life. I decided to take action
Well this is where Amy from Embrace life coaching came in.
I have been going to see Amy for an hour each week for the last 5 weeks. And can honestly say I now for the first time in months feel I an back in control of my life. Amy has taught me I don't need to consent ly feel I have to keep everyone happy if it means I'm exhausted. She has shown me where I can use my time more affectively which has lead to me actually having time to do things I enjoy I have finally managed to get structure into my life and in doing so I am now feeling much calmer and happier. To the point where I think I can go it alone now but if ever I feel life is getting on top of me again I know Embrace life coaching is only a phone call away.
