James was helpful from first point of contact to final report. I asked his opinion regarding removing a potential structural wall. Access to some areas was limited . James took on board all my concerns made as thorough assessment as possible. He produced a very detailed and clear report, which helped me in the purchase process. The report arrived very quickly. I would highly recommend James for his knowledge and experience in Structural Engineering. We are in process of buying a property in SW London and needed a survey to be carried out on some internal walls of the property to ascertain if they are load-bearing. James was very responsive and flexed his availability at short notice to accommodate us. We quickly received a detailed report back from James together with an invoice was which very keenly priced .
