Our company has been contracted to Enlighten HR for circa 7 years. During Alison's time supporting the company she has advised the company on a number of HR incidents including serious claims of discrimination against one of the directors - a personal friend of Alison's.

When the other directors attempted to investigate the matters Alison refused to co-operate. She denied the investigators access to company records and would not engage with them.

Alison also gave HR advice to her friend in breach of her own commercial contract. Recognising what she was doing she requested that the personal friend she was advising 'delete the emails' she was sending him.

When employing the services of an external HR professional you are entitled to expect that they look after the best interests of your staff and your company. In my experience, Alison has not done this. She has served the personal interests of her friend - at significant cost to the company.

I could not recommend using Alison or her company to anyone.
