Just want to say a massive thank you for the totally awesome drivers who took us back and forward seven times to Germany for the Euros with an epic 20+ hours journey each way trip to Berlin for the final. The coaches were really clean, with USB points, rubbish collection, chilled water and air con. All communication re timings and stops was on point and the company was very accommodating where passengers experienced delays in reaching the pick ups. The driving was excellent and route planning impeccable. Can’t recommend them enough. Big shout out to Tim and Pawel for your humour and driving skills ❀️

This is the company used for school transport to winterbourne academy.
Issues all the time with the bus being late or them just not turning up. Today apparently they thought it was an inset day (first day back of term today) you can literally look on the school website that is open to everyone and see it is not an inset day.
Currently the children have been waiting on the bus stop for over an hour.
They supply multiple busses for the school and all of them have not been sent out.
This is causing huge anxiety for the students about being late.
There’s been many incidents like this and another where the bus driver drove into a tree and smashed the front top windscreen and just carried on driving without checking it or seeing if the kids are okay.

The coach I travelled in was extremely cramped, the trip from Bath to Cardiff I did the 15th of July of 2023 starting at 8:40 was the worst experience I have ever had on a trip. I will narrate the events: we started our trip from a lovely school in Lansdown. The bus driver decided to take a shortcut through a narrow country lane lined by lush vegetation and cottages. In about a mile from the school we already were very stuck. Hence my group leader/teacher, the most proactive out of all the teachers in the coach, decided to go to the back and give instructions to the driver on how to get out of that place in reverse. The driver seemed to be out of his depth and at one moment he didn't listen to the teacher's advice and ran into a tree at about 5 mph. The back of the coach suffered some damage from that. Shortly after he ran into a large rigid branch at about 2 mph and the outer layer of one of the windows was shattered. At that point we decided to leave the bus, edge past it and walk to school while our teacher stayed there helping the driver. We decided to book another bus for later, so we waited for it to arrive at 11:30. It was so late that my teacher had already purchased train tickets for our group even though the Bath Spa train station is about 1.7 mi away from the school. Right when we were leaving for the train station at 1 o'clock, the coach arrived and we decided to board it and quickly give away the train tickets, which were worth about 1000Β£, to another group who ended up not using them. The coach itself was extremely uncomfortable. The rows are extremely close to each other, so much that my knees (my legs are average length) are less than 1 inch away from banging against the front seat. As to shoulder space, it's even worse. There are five seats per row in a coach probably designed for four (besides, the aisle is extremely narrow), and the worst thing about that is that each seat is very narrow; my slim body barely fits in here and right now, on our way to Oxford, I'm sitting DIAGONALLY so that my shoulders fit, which gives me slight back pain. My backpack barely fits in the overhead compartment and this coach has no curtains (another one does, but, other than that, it's also a heap of rubbish). The same driver who decided to get into that narrow lane took us to Cardiff that afternoon. The trip took almost 2 hours because he drove quite slowly. I know there were intermittent showers and at a few spots a bit of traffic, but the slowness was much more than justifiable. Let's just say I'm looking forward to today's driver, he seems to be better. Please, unless sweeping improvement happens in service and facilities (a minimum level of comfort), never ever book these coaches. Here are a few photos of what happened and a video, which has been shortened by Google Maps to 30 seconds, of the coach making its way shortly before getting stuck.
Edit: thank you for the answer, I have something to add about a new experience with Eurocoaches. On Friday, 21st July we moved from Bath to Kingston-upon-Thames using an Eurocoaches coach which was very, very comfortable. The seats were spacious both for armrest and leg space, there was a nice mini table behind each seat and footrest for everybody. The ride was smooth and comfortable, a good experience. The takeaway is that anybody booking Eurocoaches must be careful with which coach is selected, some are comfortable and others are claustrophobic.

I am writing to formally express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a troubling incident involving a Eurocoaches driver during a recent journey. This was a coach trip that I had organised and paid for.

During the journey, the driver made several comments that were both offensive and rooted in disturbing stereotypes. Firstly, he expressed surprise that I worked for a British company followed by an unsolicited remark expressing his surprise that I "spoke good English" because, in his words, when I asked what he meant, he stated that "most of them don’t speak good English." Such comments are offensive, discriminatory, and have no place in a professional environment.

This experience was not only personally hurtful but also raises significant concerns about the treatment that others from diverse communities might face when using your services. No one should feel judged, belittled, or treated differently based on their background, language, or appearance. As a result, I am considering sharing my experience publicly, through the media and appropriate legal avenues, to prevent similar incidents and raise awareness about the need for improved cultural sensitivity within Eurocoaches.

I hope that Eurocoaches takes this complaint seriously and responds with a clear commitment to address such behaviour, including the implementation of comprehensive diversity and sensitivity training for your staff. I would also like an assurance that such a regrettable incident will not happen again.
