Aggressive driver doesn’t know how to leave space. One of your drivers pushed me into a curb when it was my priority, if I didn’t crash into the curb I’d of had a head on crash! No sign of slowing down was doing 30+mph. If that’s how you drive your customers I’m worried for them

After submitting an online enquiry and getting a automated response telling me someone would contact me I heard nothing ! I Tried numerous times to contact them by Phone but no answer! Unprofesional to say the least, if this is how they run their business I am surprised they are still in business.

I strongly advise you NOT to use this company. Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff on the phone and the driver would have been 30 minutes late had they not cancelled on us anyway. AVOID!!!!

Aggressive driver that does not know thw the rules of the road. Cuts corners unnecessarily, forces people to move out of his way even though its their priority, obscene hand gestures made and is very unobservant. Scary thing is he drives children. Have since seen him nearly cause an accident by swinging into a road too fast and ending up on the wrong side of the road. Made a complaint and heard nothing back. So all this tells me is that this company is happy for children to be driven by a man that has very poor driving skills and aggressive tendencies with road rage.
Either that or they have zero customer service skills.

Outstanding service. My family and I were stressing whom will be picking us up in the early morning hours and who actually operates at that time. Eurotaxis went beyond my expectations. From our plane been delayed resulting in us been an hour later, this was no problem. The team had my flight number and could determine where I was. Upon arrival around 30mins later, I already got a call to ask if I'm ready to be collected and also recieved details of the person and vehicle details. The trip home was super conformtable and relaxing. The team was super professional and I'll definitely be using them on my next trip no doubt.

For all your coach hire needs.. friendly drivers and a wide range of coaches and taxis to hire at very competitive prices.. book your group outing and start seeing the country after being locked away.. also a great place to work with good rates of pay and a nice management team.

I would give this minus stars if I could. APPALLING.
No show to take my daughter to her wedding. Ruined her big day.
I booked an executive taxi to take my daughter and husband to her wedding ceremony. I booked it well in advance and phoned to clarify week before.
The taxi did not show up and a friend had to be called to take them. She was so late that we were told that they would miss their slot and the marriage could not go ahead.
We have no photos of her leaving the house as she was so upset.
She arrived in tears but the kind registrar did a very quick ceremony and they were able to be married.
EUROTAXIS spoilt her big day.
No apology as yet.
