I recently completed the 5 day reset challenge with Exceed Coaching and found the challenge was timed perfectly to help me put more attention on an area I had been not hitting my targets.

The course didn’t take up too much of my time and the tasks were easy to complete but very effective in helping me find momentum again and start moving towards my targets again.

Having completed the 5 day reset challenge I cannot recommend Lisa and Exceed Coaching enough. The course is well thought out and gives you the flexibility to work it around your family and work commitments.
