I came to work with Caz to crystalise my thinking about changes I was making both physically and internally, and also to gain new insights into areas that I hadn't considered before. Caz really helped me gain the perspective I needed to help me on my journey. I was too much in my feminine energy and lacked balance, so although I had made the commitment to studying and practicing coaching, I was allowing other things to take a bigger priority in my life. The sessions helped me prioritise my coaching over other people's dramas and people encroaching in my space. I came to work with Caz initially to develop a launch strategy for a new coaching programme I had created, but also to do this in a way that felt aligned and joyful and achievable in the timeframe available, that said we covered a hugely diverse range of topics in our time together that were not just linked to business but also my relationships and my home life. I was in a period of serious self-doubt and my confidence had hit rock bottom in many areas; work ethic, personal relationships and my abilities as a creative. Caz created an environment for me to self-reflect and address the areas that were holding me back. From here I was able to recognise that I needed to create a routine and be more organised in my life which then allowed me to re-establish who I was and be confident in my abilities.
