I chose Adelle to work with, as she focuses on women that are going through perimenopause/menopause and helping them with all aspects of their journey. She focuses on how to manage our bodies with the food we eat, our exercise routines and our sleep patterns through to our mindset. Adelle helps to make sense of our relationship with ourselves and others and also how to manage these elements whilst in business.
I found her personal coaching to be a real game changer for me. I have felt supported throughout. I really appreciate and understand my own menopausal journey and how it is impacting me and how I can manage it.
I feel energised and motivated and more in control of myself.
