I was recommended Expect Best by a friend who had moved her website over to them.
After contacting Alex, he and his team managed the transfer of my existing website to be looked after by them.
Easy, smooth and with limited input from me.
Reduced costs but not service.
After a few months I then spoke to Ethan about changes I wanted to make to my website with links to my social media.
Again this was done professionally, speedily and all of my requirements met at a reasonable price.
What I also find great with Expect Best is their knowledge, friendly staff who totally understand if you aren’t a “techie” and who help without any judgement.
Definitely recommend.

Before using Alex at Expect Best my company had 2 really bad experiences with 2 different web companies where we had not received the services we'd payed them for. Alex quickly told me why we were having issues with our site (hosting package was woefully inadequate) and rectified it at short notice and over a weekend. He and Ethan have provided incredible service since we have been with them. Fantastic communication, easy to understand explanations of technical matters and generally great people to deal with.
