I was living in a ratrace and didn't feel quite well for some time. I had already looked into the Business and Life Coaching services of Suzi for quite some time. Being a gifted perfectionist, I only want to work with the best, especially when it comes to my wellbeing and me building my own business while working on a stressful assignment. Looking into Suzi's business as well as a not finished coachingstraject with her made me wonder if it was possible to change my life around together with her. And we did. Knowing I had to get out of my own uncomfortable surroundings, the nature retreat with some more coaching hours made me do it 😉 I stepped on a plane and got myself in the most relaxing surroundings, those of Suzi in Spain.

The most rewarding things I got out of our coaching together was making concrete plans and even setting some goals, which I never had done before. The most important insight I took away from the retreat and life coaching is that I get to choose my own life goals and surroundings. Which resulted in a more resilient way of acting and spending my time on my own goals and life. That's also the thing that I act upon at this point. The highlights of my nature retreat are being around the dogs and cats and feeling loved by nature and the squirrels outside my bedroom window. The views around the pool, cooking in the outside kitchen, showering outside and literally coming to my own senses changed me into a meditation loving and much more calmer and stable woman.

Suzi herself made all the difference in my life by just being the professional and loving woman she is. A woman who knows and teaches boundaries where I didn't quite have them yet. She showed me that I am worthy indeed and don't have to take the backseat anymore. This makes me stronger and stronger and leads me the way into my own business. I can recommend anyone who wants to make a change in their life to embark on a journey with Suzi

For me personally, working with Suzi allowed me to have an objective view, not only on my relationship, but also on who was in the past and the person I am now.

The conversations were open and structured... Looking and searching for new roads, fresh opportunities and new beginnings.

She also shared lots of "Tips & Tricks".

Our coaching sessions gave me a boost to handle challenging situations, by being able to point the finger at the issue and its pain, which allowed me to receive more insight into my own emotions.
