Rob the coach driver was fantastic. Great driving, great chatter and very personable and friendly. We all enjoyed his company and his professionalism. We can see how he got driver of the year! A really great trip and we felt safe in his hands to Ireland. Would recommend Willets and Rob thank you. The bus was sparkly clean and very comfy.

Absolutely wonderful service again as a repeat customer to Willets coaches. Nothing is too much trouble... our driver Rob was extremely fun yet professional!
Coaches are comfortable and come equipt with CD player and mic, as well as a toilet and ample legroom and storage .. incase like me you needed to know these questions 😉 .

Needed a bus for a job. “We don’t take card,” the bus driver said in front of a card machine. Awful service.

Waiting for the cinderford to lydney bus time stated on bus time table 16.35 and still no bus, I understand there will be issues due to traffic delays but if your bus is late or isn't turning up at all then share it on your website not leave your passengers stranded lucky we had only a few mins to wait for the 22 coleford bus downside had to wait two hrs to get back to lydney 😠
