We used Sarah-Jane to help us with a house purchase and she’s been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Having known we had a tight deadline to work with, she still managed to pull it out the bag for us and help us complete in time. Through-out the conveyancing process, we have received thorough, detailed and clear instructions of what was needed, and all manners were dealt with efficiently. Sarah-Jane and Julie could not have been more helpful and supportive during the process of selling and buying our new home. When all the other conveyancers were falling by the wayside Sarah-Jane was a driving force to complete on our deadline. If you are local to the Sudbury branch and considering using someone remotely, reconsider. The ability to drop documents in and discuss certain matters face to face was invaluable.
Overall, I cannot recommend Sarah-Jane and Julie more highly during what can be a stressful time selling a home.
