Going through a rebrand is such a stressful time (who would know)!! However, reaching out to FatBuzz design team made this process so much easier than I could have imagined!
They grasped very quickly our charity Rainbow Valley's ethos and embraced our values, producing a website we are extremely proud of.

During Covid we needed to be proactive in the functionality and diversity of our offerings to customers. The team at FatBuzz allowed us this flexibility which meant we were able to trade in keeping with the ever changing laws every step of the way. From traditional Italian family run cafe/ice cream shop, we were able to start doing home deliveries almost immediately. We were all told by the government after the summer that nobody was allowed to dine-in, which meant we were done for (nobody buys ice cream in the winter so we rely on our seated area). FatBuzz swiftly made a website which allowed us to deliver to people's homes, this in turn allowed them to also create what we call a 'drive through' concept for pick ups where customers gave us their numberplate online and parked in front of our cafe. We would then bring their food out to them in a contactless way with PPE. We owe the survival of our business to Gordon and his team. We personally dealt with Martin who was brilliant. We've nicknamed him Hilton cause he's five star.

Found the staff to be very friendly, but the director is another matter. Like many agencies they are hugely involved at the start when trying to get the account. Then prices rise, without agreement and when challenged over hosting will hold your domain to ransom. Really disappointed. Caveat Emptor.
