I’ve been working with Robin directly now for around 8 months, I’ve been slow in doing this as I think you need to really see the impact coaching has before you can do an honest review.

I’d say, working with Robin and his wider community has been absolutely brilliant, it’s given me a lot of clarity over things I was a little unsure of before.

The first huge difference was setting out my prices and packages which happens really early into joining fearless. I think the best thing about this is now being able to lay out my services, my offering and having a variety of packages depending on the clients needs. I felt this really helped clarify not only what I’m selling but actually what my longer term objectives are and how I could achieve that.

There’s a lot I cannot mention on here as I’d be here all day but the other big thing I find with fearless is the weekly calls. Sadly due to client work I miss a fair few but those I do attend are brilliant. Robin is perhaps one of the kindest people I know, but that won’t stop him from hitting you with his truth stick! However, he has this way of doing it positively, he won’t just leave you unsure. He will give you the answer, and he will give you clarity on how to go about achieving the desired outcome.

The last thing I’d like to talk about is the group, and the importance of accountability. Around 2 months ago I teamed up with another in the community as an accountability buddy. I’d strongly recommend you do this if you join as everyone in the community has a good idea of what your goals will be and how we go out to achieve them. I’ve found my occasional meeting with my accountability buddy brilliant.

In terms of business, I’ve more than made what the course costs in extra business, my business is growing considerably even in these tough times. A lot of that of course is down to hard work but Fearless gives you direction, focus, and helps your hard work pay off on the balance sheet.

There’s a lot more I could say about Fearless, and frankly it’s a big investment (or it was for me) but it’s been well worth it. There’s a lot of “coaches” out there and sadly some are awful. Robin is a world apart, he is brilliant and I cannot recommend Fearless enough.
