What a great Experience. We spent almost a year in total trying to sell our house in Kingston.
We made a bad first choice with another agency. But after popping in for an informal chat with the team we asked if they could help us sell our house. We first engaged Featherstone Leigh because of how diligently Richard followed up on our initial meeting and subsequently got the same level of service with regular updates on the marketing and potential buyers. Some constructive about the follow up reports to instruct after our buyers survey.

Excellent experience from start to finish, in buying a property.

The communication with Richard Porter was very good and he was always very helpful and proactive chasing the evolved parties to make sure the process would run smoothly and as quickly as possible.

Even after the sale, Matt Aboud was very kind to help with some communications with the previous owner and tenants.

Although buying a property is a long and bureaucratic, all went really well.

We purchased our first home through Featherstone Leigh just recently. We obviously don't have anything to compare with, but from our perspective everything went really smoothly, from the first viewing (where we were shown around by a lovely young man called Stephen who was enthusiastic without being over-bearing) all through to completion.
Featherstone Leigh were always quick in passing on any questions we had and getting answers. They also provided prompting which was helpful whenever we'd forgotten to do something, or if our solicitor was being slow.
We were mostly in the hands of Matthew Aboud, who was great. Very professional, very responsive and nicely enthusiastic when it became clear things were going well.
All this meant we completed in good time and are now very much enjoying our first home.
We would highly recommend this company for the overall experience.
