Tony is a great coach, very motivating without being in your face with it. Perfectly matches to your sensibilities and helps you ‘feel good’ in your body and mind.

I am a relatively new parent and wanted to get back into some form of regular fitness, but was finding the motivation challenging. It felt like a PT was an extravagant spend when we had child costs now too, but it’s making me a better dad! So for me it’s totally worth it. I have more energy and a better mental outlook, and have spent less on things like alcohol and going out so it has balanced itself over time.

Really appreciate the built in flexibility too. If it’s looking like I can’t do something in a month, or there’s a busy work period (we’re both self employed) then a chat with him and we can sort it out.

Oh and the home gym set up is fantastic! Everything you need and feels more like a normal small gym that you have to yourself.

Tony was such a great support to me. He helped me in the lead up to my wedding, where I lost 7.6kg over a few months and allowed me to feel so much happier and confident on my wedding day. Tony understood what my busy social life means to me and worked with me to help me make better, more sensible choices when it came to food and drink, which is something I will take away with me for good. He also made me realise how strong I am capable of being, I never thought I would go from doing a 30 second plank thinking I would pass out, to not even realising I’d gone over the 2 minute mark. Tony made me feel at ease at all times, and allowed me to really believe in myself. He is extremely approachable and really listens to what you want your goals to be. As well as throwing in some tough challenges to keep you focused. He is also very knowledgeable and really knows his stuff! And if he doesn’t, he’ll be sure to find out for you! Tony also got me into doing regular step challenges which I loved and found myself being in competition with myself! I would highly recommend Tony, he is an excellent PT and all round great person.

I’m on Tony’s Hybrid Coaching plan and I couldn’t recommend it enough! I got in touch with him because I wanted to lose weight and get stronger because I wasn’t able to keep myself accountable or stick to any diet. In only 3 months, I’ve lost 1 stone without having to restrict myself and being able to enjoy social events like usual. He’s encouraging, friendly and professional at all times! There’s never any judgement if you fall off the bandwagon for a bit either.

I can recommend Tony as a personal trainer, he’s worked his magic on me. I’m not your typical gym person, but some major life events in my 40s made me take my health more seriously.
Tony has given me the confidence to go for it, he listens and gently encourages you, pushing you on you do things you wouldn’t imagine you were capable of.
I’ve gone from struggling to jog for 60 seconds to regularly running for 10k and actually enjoying doing weights! More importantly, I can keep up with my kids and feel happy about the changes in my fitness levels. If you’re considering Tony as a personal trainer I’d definitely say it’s a worthwhile investment.

I have spent four months working with Tony following a big knee operation and lots of physio in an effort to get back into shape and build strength. I was quite nervous starting, as I had never had a personal trainer before, I’d never lifted weights and I wasn’t a ‘gym person’. From my first meeting with Tony, I felt comfortable in his presence, comfortable in his home gym and comfortable with the approach he devised to get me back into fitness. His personable, friendly, humorous nature made sessions enjoyable! He regularly keeps in contact, keeping me motivated and offering advice. I have made so much progress in the four months I’ve been at Feel Good Coaching which has been carefully monitored and measured. I 100% recommend Feel Good Coaching to people who want a bespoke personal training offer, including nutritional advice and personal check ins throughout the week. I never believed that I would maintain my twice weekly home workouts, but with Tony’s encouragement, it’s become a well embedded routine in my life. I can’t champion him enough!!

Tony's a brilliant PT/coach and I couldn't rate him any higher even if I tried. I've been with him for nearly 3 months now and in that time I've lost weight, gained muscle and improved my overall fitness quicker than I ever thought would be possible. He's supportive and puts you at ease, but he's not afraid to push you when needed, meaning you get the perfect mix of support and motivation. Over the last 6 months spent training with Tony, I have had the most fun! I'm not sure that's how most people would describe training but Tony put me instantly at ease and my sessions have steadily become the highlight of my week. By pure stealth and gentle encouragement he's helped me become the strongest I've ever been both physically and mentally and I feel really proud of what we've achieved in such a short time. I still can't remember the proper names for any exercises but at least I can smash them now!
