James proved to be trustworthy, reliable, and knowledgeable. He communicates in a straightforward and frank way, and I was able to speak to him on the phone whenever I needed to.

There were a couple of tricky moments in the transactions and James got us through them calmly, providing me with advice that ended up being the right advice.

I was particularly worried about selling a leasehold property given the additional complications - James handled these with ease and was very knowledgable (particularly important when the counter-party's conveyancing company aren't quite up to scratch!).

They have also provided me with follow-up advice which I've been very grateful for.
