George and Natalie were the nicest people ! The place is so lovely, the coffee is delicious and locally sourced as are the delicious sausage rolls and baked goods. There are postings of local activities ( trying to make as many as possible) and galleries with really original pieces of artwork. You must visit Finn’s place at the bridge !

The coffee was good, the tea quenched a thirst, the dog biscuits were snaffled, but above all the female barista was so lovely, kind and engaging that she made our visit! We didn't go into the gallery itself (by all accounts it's very good) as we were so entertained by the other customers. It's just by the river and a wonderful site to sit and watch the world go by ?

Really nice little calm space overlooking the river. A bit cool inside during the winter but they have a heater so all good. Small selection of Exploding Bakery cakes which accompanies the coffee very well. Gallery space showcasing George’s photography makes for the perfect back drop. Some wooden toys available for little ones.

What a find for a post Tram, mid river walk break! Top class coffee, gorgeous gallery and perfect for paddling in the river? need to get a trip advisor site and poster up near the tramway..expect there are many people that are hankering for a rare find of decent coffee

Fantastic coffee, tempting cakes and superb sausage rolls served by friendly staff making this a fantastic place to stop if you're in the area. We regularly cycle over from Sidmouth just to get a coffee and it never disappoints.
