Freezing cold coach with no heating supplied for a work event that involved travel between Dundee and Aberdeen. Door that didn't close properly meaning we had to stop to sort it out. Windscreen wash that froze on the windscreen. Never been on one of your buses that didn't need a good overhaul at the garage. Do not use this company.

Friendly staff when you call to book a seat for their trips. Drivers are always very polite and friendly too. My only grudge is that a woman said to her companion that I was sitting in their seat and that they’d have to sit further up the bus ! The bus was busy on this occasion and I sat in a different seat on the way back home as someone was sitting in my original seat which was no problem at all as passengers just sit wherever there is one available as we can’t select seats. There were still plenty seats for the woman and her companion to sit together, I found it very rude

Would not recommend. The busses are dirty, old, and smell of urine. On top of that, the bus driver had to practically hit a door to get it to open.

Have used Fishers tours for years and has helped with getting back out and about after Covid.
An away day to Braehead on the Largs bus last week as also needed to visit Ikea. Tip just jump on any of the busses from Braehead to Glasgow for getting to Ikea as a bit of a walk for us oldies.
Bradley our driver did a great job and was very kind. How he kept to time with Glasgow traffic was amazing.A real star.
Bus very comfortable and clean.
Looking forward to 2023 timetable but will use the Livingston route till then.

Booked a 49 seater coach to take our Club through to Stirling and from the booking and through to the journey Fishers Tours could not be faulted. The coach was clean and our driver, Alan was great. The bus arrival and departure times were spot on. Great service and will book again

Very friendly driver. Timetable excellent. However the bus was very dirty and seats worn also had a strong odour of urine. Doubtful I would use it again

Atrocious customer service. Utterly unhelpful on the phone, and basically rude and dismissive by email. Deposit wasted because the booking was cancelled rather than deal with their arseholery.

Excellent service, comfortable buses and friendly staff on The Scottish Express, used them a few times now for Day trips and very reasonably priced, looking forward to my next trip.
