I have been working with Alex at Fluid38 for several months now and I would highly recommend him. I wasn't specifically looking for a coach when I first spoke to Alex, but it didn't take long before I saw the potential benefit of his coaching. I have improved my work life balance and I feel I am gaining more clarity on my priorities and goals. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with Alex and progress even more.

Alex is a knowledgeable person who is able to share and disseminate his experiences to all levels and abilities of age group athletes. What really came across more than anything is his enthusiasm for his role and genuine empathy towards his clients. I am glad I made contact with Alex and would encourage other age groupers to so if you are looking for any gains.

Cannot sing his praises enough, he helped me grow and change my mindset to help me perform to the best of my abilities. How to make small behavioural changes to make huge changes, his motto is “marginal gains”. Make small gains everyday to grow faster than you ever have before. Without a doubt one of the best decisions I’ve ever made to seek his help and advice and I can not recommend him to anyone more. His Instagram is also a great source of motivation and advice!
