This was my first appointment at Formula Health Ltd. I had the best consultation with senior osteopath Gemma Fisher. I have seen osteopaths before due to complex spinal and pain issues. Gemma’s approach is completely unique . She is very knowledgeable and thorough . I benefited from the very first appointment . I actually feel hopeful - something I have not been able to achieve over the last 9-10 years .
If you are looking to see an osteopath I would warmly recommend Gemma.

The standard of treatment at Formula Health is second to none. After months of physio somewhere else, and on the brink of an ACL operation I tried Formula Health. Tom listened to the symptoms, and what was my usual range of movement and activity, then tailored the treatment and exercises to exactly what I needed. There was no generic worksheet, no 'just rest more'. Instead I got solid advice and fantastic treatment.

I started at Formula Health after speaking with Gemma the owner who is sooo knowledgable. I have severe PMDD which at times can be life threatening. I was prescribed HRT from my doctor but this led to me having hormonal breast cancer. HRT obviously didn’t suit my body so I tried Acupuncture and it has completely changed my life. It balanced my hormonal system after a few months and now I feel better than ever. If you have any disorder which is disrupting your life then speak to Formula Health as they are amazing and always go above and beyond.

Fantastic clinic with excellent practitioners and a focus on holistic and preventative health. Gemma is an exceptional osteopath who really takes the time to listen and to form a holistic picture of her client's health. Joli the podiatrist is probably one of the warmest and kindest people I have ever met and looks after my feet, and Lara is an outstanding kinesiologist. This is an amazing one stop shop for all your health needs - which focuses on what really matters.

A must visit. The team are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do in their own specialities. I would recommend opening your mind to try all of the practitioners and trying everything they have to offer for overall health wellbeing. Gemma strives to grow her knowledge of the industry, challenging many areas to bring the most up to date options. So glad we have this facility here in Pangbourne. A magical, wholesome place reminding us why looking after our bodies is and should be priority. Five big stars.
