My husband and son visited the shop today. A small watch repair was made - no charge. This is exceptional service thank you. He also had a new watch battery half the price of other stores. Always exceptional friendly service. We will always support this business.

Highly recommend. Excellent service when I went in for watch repair, originally quoted 80 PDS for new workings, but mananged to repair as parts were discontinued . Only charged for new battery

Got six watch batteries fitted while I shopped today. Fantastic service, great advice and extremely competitive prices. Highly recommend. It just looks quite small from the outside by the shop is a real Aladdin’s cave. I can’t recommend highly enough and will definitely return. Good old fashioned service.

I took a very old watch in to them which hadn't been used for years. I'd had a new battery fitted and it seemed to work initially but then played up. The gentleman took the time to remove the back and look at it while I was there, found that the mechanism had dried out and was sticking due to lack of use, sprayed some lubricant in and got it working again. This took him a little while and I wanted to pay him for his time and trouble but he wouldn't accept any payment. Wonderful service, and all with a smile and very cheerful chat! The 5 stars are well deserved.

Wonderful little jewellery shop.
I thought I needed a new battery for my dad's watch but all it needed was a good clean out. Ricky wouldn't accept a penny! So nice to find such 'good old fashioned' and friendly service.
