I emailed this company recently with a design proposal for a loft conversion. Although they are not currently working on domestic dwellings, I did receive a detailed and helpful email back, giving some very useful advice about the design and how to proceed. I was pleased that the engineer had taken the time and trouble to do that, given I'm not even a customer!
