Terrible experience, they didn't distribute funds ergonomically and so I was chased by debtors the entire time I was in the I.v.a., they didn't report accurately at the finish of the I.v.a. and more importantly they did not include all my debts at the start. I paid a huge sum of money to them for essentially something I could have done myself with a bit of knowledge. It's a shame the government isn't more transparent when it comes to debt collectors. As a pleb I do not have access to the right information to have been able to do this for myself. So again, having being forced into it, it was not a pleasant experience.

Only given 4 stars some areas need improvement
Was told owed money no break down where from then was told owed more but on ringing was informed a payslip was counted twice but still no explanation from the first lot owed only that it had to be paid x
To be honest was glad when it ended constantly sending payslips slightest change in circumstances having to fill new expenditure sheet .
Ended September 2024 but told would take 6mths to sort paperwork out so this is still on my bank record till end feb

I got myself into dept so no one to blame but me,,the company outstanding 👌 I am not saying this because they got me our of a deep hole but the staff on the other end were outstanding most thoughtful ppl I have come into contact with,,they made the process of paying back stress free I have now paid back so they are rid of me good luck to all of them
