Very cold and impersonal service, don’t seem to care about their clients, perhaps because my trust is small. Short copy and paste answers, they never answer specific questions until I’ve chased them a few times, sometimes not at all until I’ve chased them some more. They are unwilling to give clear financial advice and have wasted months of income due to their inability to explain the best way to invest some of my trust money which basically involves paying them more money for their services (‘you can just do it yourself if you like’ was more or less the answer however turns out I can’t just do that without the help of a solicitor or similar so basically it’s back to them since I wouldn’t know where to turn). Apparently they don’t want my business.

Tell you what ever you want to hear so you join with them then insist they told you about everything,5k initial fee wasn't mentioned, they said they would take their percentage from the profit then took it from the overall, heavily underperformed against unmanaged. I wouldn't bother unless you need less money.
