For the last 3 months I’ve worked closely with the chefs from Fulliant, and what I can say is the chefs are all industry professionals and brought new life and experience to the kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble and they would go above and beyond to ensure the kitchen ran well and the guest was put first. The chefs have a vast knowledge of kitchen procedures and produce. This allowed me to concentrate on other tasks whilst the fulliant chefs ran the kitchen and supported the junior chefs. One thing is for sure, if you need professional chefs, who know the industry really well, with vast experience and knowledge, get fulliant in to help you out!!
