I found my sessions with Paul have helped me to view and react to life's challenges in a more balanced and positive way. During our sessions, we completed a series of different exercises that showed me how to change my negative thought patterns. I use these exercises regularly to control my reactions to events that would previously trigger negative thoughts. I would recommend Paul to anyone who feels stuck in their life and is looking for help to change their mindset.

Paul helped me learn how to manage my anxiety whilst I was going through a very difficult time and having treatment for breast cancer. Paul has an amazing ability to put your mind at rest whilst giving you the tools to use in your everyday life. Paul has a kind and understanding manner and i would highly recommend him to all age groups. He genuinely is very kind and caring and the after care and continued support has been excellent.

My son had a few difficult life events in quick succession (family bereavements etc), which brought on a bout of anxiety and feelings that he couldn’t manage. I was recommended to Paul so I made contact. He worked with my son (who was 14 at the time) over a period of a couple of months and gave him strategies which he practised in between fortnightly sessions. I believe that Paul’s intervention was critical and I got my happy, healthy child back. Cannot recommend him highly enough - and have sent several parents to him since. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Excellent rapport with Paul, he made me feel relaxed and happy to talk about my problem. After just a few sessions he helped me overcome my problem, at what was a difficult time having just lost my Mother.
He also made me realise that it was me who overcame my problems and that he had facilitated this and shown me how to think about things differently.
