We have been using GRT's Fleet Assist service for a number of months now and have found the service from our Account Manager outstanding. Their responsiveness and skills in resolving any queries are excellent, whether this is on the phone, via email or in person. I was new to role as Transport Manager and wanted a support network which I could rely on - GRT Fleet Assist have provided this network and give myself and the management team confidence that our procedures are compliant. I find the audits carried out by our Account Manager beneficial in many ways - the coaching and reports provided allow our management team to continuously improve our systems and processes, making us feel confident that we are compliant if any checks are carried out by DVSA. I can't recommend GRT enough for Driver CPC training. Graham delivers the modules in a very professional and interesting manner and makes time for Q & A's at the end of each day.
The admin support from Scott is also excellent.

Small 'Covid safe' environment with social distancing in place and plenty of opportunities to interact due to small numbers. Kenny Reid did a fantastic job of making the ADR regs relevant to the real world and explaining concepts in a clear and concise manner. Very knowledgeable guy! Great prices with lunch included - thanks Scott! In all honesty, I don't believe I would use another provider (even if they were on my doorstep) for the training they offer and would encourage others to give them a try. Thoroughly recommended.

Went on the 3 day ADR course in October, really enjoyed it. Kenny was a great trainer, really knows his stuff. Hospitality was good, sorted lunch, tea and coffees. Would highly recommend this company for training. And of course delighted I passed!

I was thoroughly impressed with this course and its facilities.
FACILITIES - a very pleasant, good sized classroom with good lightning condusive to concentration and learning.
Pen and notepaper provided
Tea and coffee facilities, fresh fruit, snacks and lunch provided.
INSTRUCTOR - Graeme was clearly very knowledgeable about this subject. He not only explained in a detailed but clearly understandable way, he was also able to answer every question thrown at him and actively encouraged participation. Rather than PowerPoint overdose it felt more like discussions.
COURSE CONTENT - during the booking process it was explained to GRT our reasons for booking this allowed the course to not only provide us with all the legalities required of a company, it also made the course feel quite tailored. Giving practical working solutions whilst staying within the boundaries of the law.
All in all everything required was covered adequately.
Follow up - an email was sent to us within 48 hours with our certificates. Various files with information that we can now reference was also attached. This has proved invaluable.
Scott has also been avaliable to contact after the course with advice when needed.

OVERALL I have been extremely impressed with GRT. I would not hesitate to recommend them. A highly professional company with full knowledge of the transport industry, giving good sound advice, practical working solutions, all backed up by a team who have an excellent understanding of the law.
