I am not sure why some reviewers have left such negative comments but I have recommended G11 to many colleagues and friends. Many have gone ahead and recommended G11 to their acquaintances. Anyone with more than 2 brain cells can see that G11 have asked friends/family/colleagues to leave unrealistic positive reviews to try to make up for the negative (but honest) reviews on here. They must be kidding themselves if they think people believe they're all genuine!

If they were as professional as they claim to be then they wouldn't need to ask friends to write such comments to help them out.

Instead of crying over some poor feedback on google, perhaps they should look at ways to improve so that people wouldn't feel the need to say anything negative in the first place.
