Excellent - I cannot recommend Galloway Hughes more. In fact, a number of friends and family have used them too on my recommendation and have also had great experiences. It would be expected when dealing with a solicitor that they would be professional enough to address you by your name in communications and to thank you for your business when a house sale is completed. It rather leaves a feeling of an offhand approach to clients.
