By far the worst experience imaginable. I wish I had a review like this to know to not use their services. It would be too lengthy to fully describe the nightmare that they put me through, but, overall after 4 months of having my tax information to file, they finally admitted to "letting it slip through the cracks." By far the most unreliable, unorganized, and unprofessional practices I have ever received.

Been trying to get a refund of over $2K from Laura since Oct 14. Laura does not respond to Dr Milsteins assistants nor me the customer. Dr Milstein office gave me her number because she is ignoring them.
I've called several times to no avail. Wendy sent it again on Nov 17 and no reply.
Do not do business with a company that is not organized themselves. If you pride yourself in having these type of people as your employees that never follow up I would never want to do business with this company. Please send my refund. Thank you!
