I worked with Gavin from October 2015 and over the next 12 months we grew our construction business from £2.2m to £4.5m in revenue. Working with Gavin personally changed my life on so many levels.

He also helped me with dealing with the very difficult politics in our family business which eventually led to my decision to leave and set up my own coaching business at the end of 2017.

Based on my experience, working with Gavin will be great for you and your business 👍🏼 if I may offer one piece of advice that served me well and contributed to my results - be open minded and try everything. Not everything will work and nor will everything suit you, but if you don't have the humility to try then you'll never know.

I've tried a lot of different things over the years and a lot of them either didn't work or just weren't for me, but I ALWAYS listened with an open mind and took action on what I learned. Keep what works and discard what doesn't.
