Hopeless - Took my order & them a few days later I received a refund with no explanation. On contacting them I was informed that their courier had problems delivering to my address. I am located in mainland UK not the end of the world. Royal Mail deliver to me for the same price as anywhere else in the UK,. Maybe Gemini Foods should consider using them rather than sub standard couriers!

I have to be honest, Gemini Foods is definitely one of the best African Caribbean Wholesale stores that I have been to. As soon as you enter, you are greeted with a warm welcome and everyone there is willing to help with any query that you may have. They only offer high quality products at an affordable price with an excellent customer service. Additionally, they offer a stellar online service that allows us customers to have fresh products to be delivered at our doorstep the very next day. At the time of writing this review, the financial situation of the country has been very poor which in turn has caused the inflation of product prices across the country. Despite this increase, Gemini Foods still manages to produce reasonable prices for their products. I would honestly recommend that everyone comes to Gemini Foods and experience all of this for themselves.

Gemini Foods,
As an owner of an African shop myself, we get some of our products from their store. They sell us wholesale stuffs at affordable prices. Which other word can I say for excellent customer service. They have it. The couple are wonderful people, they create a great atmosphere in their store. The welcome service is extraordinary. They always go the extra mile for our business and I will recommend their store to anybody any-day anytime.

Out of the few Cash and Carry's I have had the chance of visiting since moving to Essex this is by far is the best one. They're stock is Very very extensive and not only that it's fresh, and always in good condition. Their display units are well stocked and clearly labeled They have everything west African you thought you could never find outside of a metropolitan city. They do deliveries aswell.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place a 1000 times over their standards are really high. Always happy to visit.

Outstanding customer service. DHL managed to damage my order so Gemini foods picked a new set of items from their store and brought it directly to my door same day! I am well pleased and hope they open more stores everywhere in UK 😉
