Excellent service ? ? ? I have been using the company for all my mortgage matters for over 2 decades and so far the best ever. I introduced more than 20 clients and the company director/ the company has never let us down. I used Duncan to get rates in 2017 when we purchased a property. We were very impressed with the standard of service offered by Genesis, and also the mortgage products that were available to us. Duncan found us a rate quickly, and then we didn't hear from him for a few days. We then got a follow up saying that he didn't feel that the rate was the best we could have got, and so had approached others, and managed to get us a better option. That alone means that whenever I hear about someone looking for an advisor, I recommend Genesis. Excellent service!
