Partner booked transfer to heathrow for trip to thailand, driver informed us he hadn't been paid so we paid direct as global coach company would not resolve. Ended up paying twice for Journey. Have raised CCJ that the company are ignoring. Please do use this company.

100% life savers, I had a journey today, got cancelled at the last minute by some Other company, my folks & I had to attend a wedding. These guys were able to help us, first I had no hopes but then they actually helped us. Totally Satisfied definitely recommending.

Wouldn’t even give 1 star!!! Booked return minibus from tamworth to Heathrow for 16 people through Quattro coaches (a subsidiary ), they took nearly £800 and when I checked with the driver 24 hours before departure he informed me that he wouldn’t be doing the job as he hadn’t been paid, departure was 1pm on the Sunday and up until 12.30pm on the Sunday, Quattro were telling me that driver would be there, all the time I was in constant contact with the driver who shared screen shots between Quattro and him confirming the conversation and Quattro admitting they had not paid, I ended up agreeing to pay the driver to do the job directly for myself as had no other choice due to it being so close to departure, I attempted to call the company multiple times and they refused to answer, I tried to confirm return trip when I was away but again they would not reply leaving me no choice but to again arrange myself resulting in duplicate payment, after speaking to Global coach company as Quattro ignored me for yet another 2 months, they offered partial refund with conditions, Not sure how they can fail to see that they didn’t provide an adequate service and a full refund should be issued. I am now in the process of going via the civil courts which has cost even more money, especially as I have raised against Quattro and now need it to pay to change it to parent company, avoid stress and Do not use!!!!

Visited London for the first time, my family was happy and satisfied with the whole journey. Booked them the second time too
we were not familiar with the places around, it was a 3 days tour, both the driver's were on time. Their rep Jack was really helpful, guided us throughout. Happy with their service, will recommend Global Coach Company for sure.

Recently used the services of Global Coach Company (specifically Comfort Coach Hire) for a 10-person trip from Manchester Airport to Liverpool City Centre. Liaised with Jack from Comfort Coach Hire, who was extremely professional and helpful throughout. The mini-bus was punctual, the price fair and we have no complaints at all, but I would particularly like to highlight Jack's contribution and thank him for his assistance throughout. I am very happy to recommend his services.

Fraudulent company. Avoid!

We had a mini bus booked about a month ago via Jack from Comfort Coaches to take us from our airbnb on Loch Lomond out for the whole day. It was meant to arrive at 10am take us to a whiskey tour, shooting, back to the airbnb then into Glasgow in the evening. We had a whole day planned. The bus didn't turn up at 10, despite Jack on the phone repeatedly telling us the bus was on it's way. At 11.30 the bus was claimed to have broken down and a replacement bus was "on it's way". This bus never turned up either. By 12 we'd missed our first booking of the day and resorted to ordering local taxis who managed to get to us without any issue. We phoned Jack throughout the day and he repeatedly told us that coaches were on their way but they obviously never turned up. He even had the cheek to text us at 9.30pm saying he was "on his way". Complete joke.

This company took around £700 from us and now both Comfort Coaches and their parent company Global Coach Company are now ignoring us.

Brilliant service from beginning to end. Came back to a quote request promptly with a far more reasonable quote than other providers. Communication was excellent, arrived on time, and had perfect service throughout. Even allowed us to stop for a comfort break after a few too many on the way home! Couldn't recommend highly enough and will certainly consider Global Coach Company for all journeys in the future. Minibus was spotless, modern and comfortable, too. Thanks so much!
