Don’t bother with this Mickey Mouse solicitors. Joseph Ball especially. My tenant was buying and this guy convinced them that he had done everything correctly. For over 6 months my solicitor was trying to get information from this firm without success.
You’re better off spending your hard earned money at a solicitor that’s been recommended then hand these people your money!
In the end, I lost out, my ex tenants lost out and the only winners who made money was this lot!
STAY AWAY, YOU’LL bet better off!

I found them punctual .My interest at heart with sound legal advice and went through the whole legal process surrounding all the (legum- jigum) of my case .All that remains is some arm wrestling over the fees and duration of the completion and synchronization of the due legal process to settle me into my new place .👍🙏✋🖌️

AVOID! Awful customer service, can't follow their own complains procedure either. Musrat, Kellie and Leslie, aren't able to provide simple updates or call back. You call their phones and they hang up on you. Ridiculous.
