Today's coach was not fit for purpose. Toilet was locked, heating was on full. No air con, 27° on the coach. Cruise control not working, microphone not working. Actually felt sick on the return journey, due to the excessive heat. Apparently the owner was informed, who did nothing. Ruined an otherwise beautiful day in Llangollen. Unacceptable.

Just back from an EXCELLENT day trip driving by the fantastic Mike. Our “over 50’s” trip to Enamills then the Olympus fish and chip restaurant in Bolton. A great day was had by all. Thank you Mike 😊

Firstly we booked a day trip to the lake district and were dealt with by Karen in the office who was extremely pleasant, helpful, efficient and a pleasure to speak to.
Secondly our driver, Greg, was equally pleasant, good sense of humour and his driving was impeccable.
However, as we were first pick up of 11 and last drop off we were about 4 hours on the coach on top of the 4 hours plus journey there and back. I believe this was unnecessary and very unfair particularly as the majority of coach day trippers are elderly. If the drop offs had been reversed, i.e. first pick up is also first drop off, everybody, irrespective of location, would have had equal coach time. Because of this we have cancelled our next trip to Bury Market as, if the pick ups were to be the same we would be 6 hours on the coach for a one hour each way trip from Stockport to Bury.

Went to Llandudno for the day with my partner, lovely driver who made us all feel welcomed and safe. Clean and comfortable coach, was a pleasure to be a passenger and will definitely be using again. Thank you Go Goodwins!

Great trip to Lytham Hall yesterday to see the snowdrops. We were treated to tea and biscuits inside the Grade 1 listed house. The three ladies who were our tour guides were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The snowdrops were spectacular and our Driver was very friendly and polite. Looking forward to our next trip with Goodwins...

Very unreliable! Very unprofessional company! I've never been so disappointed in my life! Booked one of your day trip to Llandudno for today 3rd July. We were meant to be picked up my children and I from Eccles met station at 10:10. I stood there from 9:45 to wait for the coach until 10:20. When I called to ask what happened, I was told that the time was changed. And before that I called at 10:00 to ask if the trip is still on and I was told by the receptionist that yes the coach will be there as scheduled. My friend and her family boarded the coach from withenshaw
We all booked to celebrate my daughter's birthday and us, we are here being stood up with a disappointed birthday girl. When I called again to ask what is happening because we have been waiting since the receptionist checked and said ooh sorry apparently the time was changed but the time you booked ( 17h on the 2nd) it was too late to send you a notification that the time was changed. If you know you can't send notifications to people at that time why are you accepting there money then! Will surely never book with this company ever again and I will make sure anyone I know will also avoid your company!
