Spot on service for MOT. Arrived on time greeted by a lovely chap and told where to park up. No sooner had I left the car it was in the garage being looked at, friendly guys I stood chatting to them. Wasn't waiting around long and the paperwork was in my hand. Perfect! Would definitely recommend 👌

I booked Golden Green to transport my wedding guests from Leek to our reception in Thorncliffe and just 4 days before my wedding (bearing in mind the original booking had been made 2 months previously) said that they could not actually provide the service that they had agreed to and asked for all 70 of my guests to walk to a different pick up point as a coach could not get to the church (however an alternative local company who provided the service in the end actually managed this with no issues). When I expressed my disappointment to Golden Green they refused to refund my deposit and said that the only reason I was receiving any money back was as a gesture of goodwill. I think this level of service is disgusting considering that it was them who were not able to provide the service agreed at the original booking and caused me a great deal of unwarranted stress a few days prior to my wedding! I would strongly recommend to look elsewhere for transport.

We booked and paid a deposit for a pickup and a return journey of 3 drop-offs. When we subsequently phoned to discuss the detail of the actual drop-offs we met with rudeness and unhelpfulness. The lady we spoke to wanted to tell us where we should be dropped off. She said they would have to requote for the drop-offs we wanted and the new quote would be sent to us that day. By the end of the following day we still had not received a new quote, so we had no option but to cancel and find an alternative. We lost our 10% deposit. WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
