Recently I received some help from Gravitate with reconciling my FreeAgent that was a bit of a mess. I sat down with Client FC Tom and he helped me sort everything from start to finish seamlessly, there wasn't a question I had that he couldn't answer, and he went above and beyond to make sure I had all bases covered moving forwards by showing me all processes I needed to be aware of and how to do them so I can keep my accounts tidy moving forwards.
