Brilliant client exposure and plenty of opportunities to get stuck in various initiatives across the company. It really does accelerate your growth.

Grayce is a truly pathetic company that promises to teach,train and develop you into professional project analysts graduates. However, after just a few days joining the company, you are thrown into an interview with high profile clients for very complex roles where you have little to no experience, and when your lack of experience and unsuitability for the role inevitably shows, you are released by your client who claims “it will take too long to train you” and in less than 24 hours Grayce fires you. Grayce is a company that promises you heaven and earth, however, the moment they realise they can’t immediately gain revenue on you as a consultant, you will be let go on a call by Hr and your delivery manager will be mysteriously absent as he is off sick and on holiday for 2 weeks. Graduates please stay away or just like me you’ll be fired in under 3 weeks.

Really unprofessional ignoring my emails - If you didn't want to hire me that's fine but at least have the courtsey to email candidates back letting them know - its not hard - espeically when I reached out on multiple occasions.

Grayce failed to turn up for the phone interview that they booked with me. The clearly couldn't care less about applicants and I doubt they care about their employees. Avoid at all costs.
