All my life I've had this company, certainly starting of with but mostly dealt with A. Thompson who I thought was genuine and done his best to th best representation. The few Times I've dealt with Marco I felt he was some what egoistic and was more about him than the clients but that was bk in the day 10 -15 years ago so see what they're like just now as got a civil case i want to discuss.

Asked them for help regarding road traffic charges and a couple of other charges. This was back April 2020. Sent them statements, photographic evidence, letters from my GP and hospital. Basically done as much possible to lighten his load. During the two years, poor communications regarding the case or the dates I needed to attend or not. I told him during a 1 minute consultation outside the court room that I felt let down. One of the charges dropped was for stealing my own phone, Mr Thompson thought that was a good deal. Another was for refusing bloods in hospital, didn't happen! Gave him a hospital letter stating otherwise, a GP letter stating the same, plus actual images of the bloods being taken. No interest in my case whatsoever, left with a trial with no representation. Extremely unprofessional and egotistic. Avoid

Excellent Lawyers and always do their ultimate best for you. I must be a nightmare to represent with over 60 convictions as what kind of defense can a lawyer layout for the court to bail a man with all those previous convictions!! But somehow they manage to convince sheriffs about bail etc! That's why I think Guarino & Thompson are the best solicitors in Scotland.

Receptionists dont have a clue about anything. Very rude and couldn't even be bothered to listen to what I was trying to explain. Avoid them. Been asking for 3 weeks now for someone to contact me but this seems impossible for them.

Good lawyers although it's a tiny wee office, it never ceases to amaze me that Marco can fit that giant head in but apparently he manages quite well as they've been there since Jesus was just a glint in the big guys eye

Marco is Gentlemen very helpful and understanding lawyer won't go elsewhere heather and Rebecca were helpful when I phone them good solicitors very helpful when you call them 10 out of 10 well done
