We used Guideline Coaches to take us for a special trip to a location near Chelmsford in Essex and this coach hire company were excellent. Really great driver who was on time , helpful and polite and really did well to get us to and from the venue in good time despite road closures and other issues. The coach was air conditioned too which really made a difference as it was a very hot day. We were very grateful to the team and our driver for taking us safely to and from our destination.

I booked a 55 seater from Guidelines coaches for a weekend trip from London to Manchester, from my initial contact with the ladies Crystal and Debbie it was great service.
The vehicle was very clean and comfortable, with reclining seats for extra comfort, effective air conditioning.
The driver Tyreece, now, I couldn't have asked to a better person if tried. Very professional, friendly, disciplined and organised. Timing was on point. He made a great impression on all the passenger which were mainly middle age to seniors - very difficult these days to be impressed by the young ones.
I will recommend this company to anyone and I am giving 5 stars to the company and 10 stars to the driver.

My husband recently was on a coach trip to Eltham for a retirement reunion and he asked the driver if it was ok to leave his coat and umbrella on, he replied saying yes coach will be back to collect later, unfortunately the coach had problems, a replacement coach was supplied and therefore there was no coat or umbrella when getting back on. I contacted the next day the office and spoke with Debbie, very helpful and she informed him it had been handed in, within a few hours a gentleman returned both items to our home at Maidstone. Thank you for being very efficient.
